Questions to take to the bank
The Central Bank supervises banks. It does not pick one for you. Ask two banks the same list and compare the written answers.

Bring the certificate set
Certificate, founding act, statute, and the identity document of the person who will sign. Ask who else must be present. A person who filed the company can still be the wrong person to open the account.
Ask these, and write the answers down
- Which documents are required this month
- Who may sign, and how a second signatory is added
- What the account costs, on a tariff, including payments from abroad
- How long opening takes after the certificate
- What the bank needs if a client pays in another currency
- How you will see a refused payment, so it is not a surprise
What this is not
