After the certificate: what to expect from a bank, and where the Central Bank fits.

When
Open the account after you can show the registration certificate. Banks ask for their own set. Expect the certificate, the founding act or statute, and identification for the person who can sign. Some banks still ask for a stamp if the statute mentions one. Ask that bank.
Who supervises
The Central Bank of Montenegro supervises banks. Its site is the public door for that supervision. StartCG does not rank banks, open accounts, or arrange credit. A helper card that points at the Central Bank is a signpost, not a partner list.
What to ask
Ask which documents they want this month, who must be in the branch, how long the account takes, and what the fees are. Those conditions belong to the bank.
