Write the money you need before anyone pays you
Fees, a seat, a signature, tools, and months without an invoice. Own money, a bank, and a fund are three different conversations.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
List the gap
What you must pay before the first client payment: the fees the Point of Single Contact publishes, confirmed before you pay; the signature; anything you agreed for the seat; tools you cannot deliver without. Then the months you can live if the first invoice slips. The total is the gap. It is not a valuation.
Three doors, again
Money you already have is the first door. A bank is a second conversation: the Central Bank supervises banks and does not choose one, and the bank will ask for the certificate and the plan. A fund call is a third door, with its own rules on the Fund’s site. Do not add the three numbers into one “round” and call it financed.
No rate on this page
What a loan costs, and whether you should take one, is the bank’s offer and your accountant’s reading of it. StartCG does not compare banks and does not pass your papers to one.
