Five papers people sign too early
A seat, a client job, a co-founder deal, a supplier, and a grant. If you cannot explain the paper back, do not sign it on the day you receive it.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
The five
- The right to use the registered seat, in writing
- The client’s description of the work, the price, and who owns the result
- The deal between founders if there is more than one, beyond the model statute
- A supplier contract that can lock you in for longer than the first client
- A grant contract, which is not the same document as the call
The test before a signature
Say the obligation out loud: what you must do, what you must pay, when it ends, and what happens if you stop. If you cannot, the paper is for a lawyer you instruct, not for a same-day signature. Sample lawyer cards on StartCG are fiction.
The company form is not these papers
The business portal explains how a d.o.o. is registered. It does not negotiate your client contract. Filing and signing a commercial deal are different days.

- Questions to ask before you buy insuranceStartCG does not say which policy is mandatory and does not rank insurers. It lists what to ask, in writing, before you pay a premium.
- What to take to the first meeting with an accountantA useful first hour is a list of facts. Leave with who files, what you keep, and how often you meet.
- When the question is for a lawyerA guide can show the official door. A dispute, a founder deal, or a contract you cannot explain needs a lawyer you instruct.
