Questions to ask before you buy insurance
StartCG does not say which policy is mandatory and does not rank insurers. It lists what to ask, in writing, before you pay a premium.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
Do not start from a product
Start from the harm. What could you break for a client. What sits in the seat. Whether you drive for the work. Whether a contract you already signed says you must carry a cover. Whether you employ anyone. A policy that does not name that harm is a payment, not a protection.
Ask these, and keep the answers
- What event is paid, and what is excluded, in a sentence you understand
- The limit and what you pay yourself before they pay
- Whether the company’s name is the insured, not only yours
- Whether a foreign client is inside the cover
- What the client contract requires you to show them
- How a claim is filed, and how long you have
What this page refuses to do
It will not tell you that a given cover is required by Montenegrin law. That answer changes with the activity and belongs in the current rule, read with a lawyer or the insurer, not in a copied list. Compare written answers. The cheapest premium is not the question.
