Which taxes to ask about
Profit, VAT and payroll are different questions. The number belongs on the official page and in your accountant’s note.

Separate the questions
A d.o.o. is taxed as a company. Money you take out may be a salary, a loan, or a distribution of profit. Those are not the same tax. VAT is a further decision. Payroll starts when you hire. Ask them one at a time.
Where the filing lives
Returns and registry changes for the Tax Administration go through IRMS. The administration said the system would be in production from 12 January 2026. The support address on the login guide is irms.podrska@tax.gov.me.
What this page will not print
A rate, a threshold, a penalty, or a calendar of due dates. Those change, and a stale number on a founder site is worse than a link. Ask your accountant to show you the current rule, then file what IRMS asks for.
