Finish this list before you open IRMS
The form is the last step. The decisions sit in the papers you upload.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
Decide these on paper first
- Legal form: d.o.o. or preduzetnik
- The exact registry name
- The founders, and who signs
- The registered seat
- The activity you will actually invoice
- Whether the statute requires a stamp
- A qualified electronic signature, or an eTrust account, before the session
Have the fee path ready
The Point of Single Contact publishes the registration fees and the accounts. Confirm the amounts on that page or inside IRMS before you pay. StartCG does not collect them. A bank account for the company comes after the certificate.
Then open the system
Electronic filing of a d.o.o. is done in IRMS. The Tax Administration said the system would be in production from 12 January 2026. Keep the case number. The business portal still says you can check status on crps.me with that number.
If this summary and an official page disagree, follow the official page.

- d.o.o. or preduzetnikA company and a sole trader are different registrations. Decide before you pay a fee or order a signature.
- Check the name before you print itThe name goes into the founding act. A clash shows up at filing, not on the business card.
- The papers have to tell the same storyThe act, the statute and the application should agree on name, seat, activity and who signs.
