Check the name before you print it
The name goes into the founding act. A clash shows up at filing, not on the business card.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
Write it the way the registry should show it
The founding act carries the name. Use the same spelling in the statute, on the application, and later at the bank. A marketing name can differ. The registry name is the one on invoices and contracts.
Check that it is free
The business portal still tells founders they can follow a case on crps.me. Use the public company search that portal points to, and also look at what IRMS shows. The Tax Administration said IRMS would be in production from 12 January 2026. If the two views disagree, follow the Tax Administration.
Leave room for a refusal
A similar name, a protected word, or a name that describes work you will not do can be refused. Do not order a stamp, a domain package, or printed matter until the certificate shows the name you filed.
If this summary and an official page disagree, follow the official page.
