Talk to buyers before you file
Ten conversations beat a logo. A polite friend is not a yes. A yes is a price, a date, or an introduction you can write down.

This is a StartCG summary, not legal, tax, or investment advice. Confirm fees, forms and deadlines on the official page before you act.
Who you ask
People who already pay for this problem, not people who like you. A hotel manager, a shop owner, a clinic administrator, a producer. Tell them you have not registered yet. Ask what they pay now, what fails, and what would have to be true for them to try you.
What counts as a yes
A price they would pay. A month they would start. An introduction to the person who actually signs. “Interesting” is a no until one of those three appears. Write the answers the same day. Memory flatters the idea.
Then decide whether to file
Registration creates a company. It does not create demand. If five real buyers describe the same unpaid problem, the activity you later write on the business portal has a source. If they do not, change the offer before you pay a fee.
