Get the signature before you sit down to file

Two ways in

The login guide on the Tax Administration portal describes two ways into IRMS: a qualified electronic signature on a local token, or a Crnogorski Telekom eTrust account. The support address printed on that guide is irms.podrska@tax.gov.me.

Why the order matters

Without one of those, the application does not start. Founders lose a day when the papers are ready and the signature is not. Ask the provider which identity document they need, how long issuance takes, and who may hold the token if a representative will file.

A representative is not a shortcut past identity

If someone else files, the business portal says that person signs the application and the director confirms the appointment in the part of the form that asks for it. The signature still has to be valid. StartCG does not issue signatures and does not file for you.
