Keep one folder

Certificate, founding act, statute, case number, and the fee receipts. Your accountant and your bank will ask for the same set. Give them copies that match.

Three practical doors

• Open a business account at a bank you choose. The Central Bank supervises banks. It does not recommend one. Take the question list from the banking article.
• Order a registry extract from IRMS when a client, a landlord, or a grant form asks for it. The Tax Administration lists extracts among the IRMS video guides.
• If you will hire, register the employee with the Tax Administration through IRMS. The business portal’s guide covers a company and an employee.

Do not invent a tax position

How you pay yourself, whether you register for VAT, and which return is due are questions for the current rules and your accountant. This library will not guess a rate.
