The seat is an address the registry can use
A café where you sometimes work is not the seat. The papers, the bank and the tax office will use the address you file.

What the seat is for
It is the address in the founding act and on the certificate. Banks ask for it. Official post can go there. A brand and a registered seat are not the same sentence.
Agree the right to use it
You need a real right to use the address: your own premises, or a written agreement with the person who controls them. If someone offers a “seat” as a product, read what post you may receive there and who signs for it. StartCG does not inspect those offers and does not rank them.
When you move
Moving the seat is a registry change, filed through IRMS. It is not a line you only update on a social network. Tell the bank the new address after the registry shows it, so the account and the certificate do not drift apart.
