A price you can explain out loud
Time, what you pay others, and what the client compares you with. VAT is a separate line you do not guess. A margin copied from a blog is not a price.

Three numbers you actually have
Hours you will spend. What you pay a supplier or a tool to deliver. What the buyer said they pay today. If one of the three is a guess, mark it as a guess. Do not hide it inside a round figure.
VAT is not a vibe
Whether the price includes VAT is the decision in the VAT article, made with the accountant before the offer goes out. Quoting a confident net price and discovering the tax on the invoice is how trust breaks. This page will not give you a rate.
Say it in one sentence
“This much, because it takes this long and replaces this cost.” If you cannot say that to the buyer, you do not have a price. You have a hope. Change the offer until the sentence is true, then put it in writing.

- The first customers are people, not a channelName ten buyers you can contact this month. A social account is not a list. A foreign client is a VAT question before it is a logo on the site.
- Write the offer in the client’s wordsWhat they get, when, and what they pay. A category name is not an offer. The activity on the certificate should still recognise it.
